Rethinking Human Capital Management in the Age of Generation Z. A Cross-Cultural Perspective From Poland, Croatia and Portugal
This monograph is an interdisciplinary study exploring the key challenges of contemporary human resource management in the context of dynamic social and technological changes in labor markets. The publication focuses on Generation Z and their expectations of HR systems in the context of cultural and intergenerational changes. The monograph consists of two parts. The theoretical part includes an analysis of trends in human capital management, such as digitalization, diversity management, and global organizational transformations. It also takes into account the specific characteristics of Generation Z as the employees of the future and the impact of cultural factors on the labor markets in Poland, Croatia, and Portugal. The empirical part presents the results of comparative research conducted at three European universities as part of the SEA-EU alliance.
